Why Brightway Cleaning?We don’t believe in wipe down cleans and cutting corners. Being a cleaning company local to Edmonton we put in the effort to ensure all of our clients are comfortable and happy with the cleaning service we provide. If you have a busy schedule, we can work with you and be flexible with the appointment date and time. If you have special requests for your home, let us know and we will try our best to meet them! Plus, we’re affordable!

Do you service my area?Brightway Cleaning Inc. proudly provides house cleaning services in Edmonton, Fort Saskatchewan and all surrounding areas, So if you live in Edmonton and the surrounding area we will clean for you! Please note that for areas outside of the city limit there is a small travel fee to account for fuel.

What if I’m not happy with my clean?To ensure that you are happy we like to do a walk through at the end of your clean, and if there was anything missed or not up to your standards, we will fix it on the spot. If you don’t happen to be home during the clean and cannot do a walkthrough, give us a call and you can speak directly to me, Skye the owner of Brightway Cleaning Inc. I will make it right. Also, if you have a move-out clean performed we can do a walkthrough with you or send you pictures if you can’t make it back upon completion of the clean.

Are you licensed?Yes, we are fully licensed/insured, bonded in Edmonton, Alberta and all surrounding areas.

Can I trust my Cleaning Professional?Yes, each cleaner employed by Brightway Cleaning Inc. has gone through thorough background and reference checks, rigorous interview and vetting process as well as extensive one on one training.

Do I have to be home?You are not required to be home for the cleaning service. With simple access instructions we can ensure a sparkling environment when you come home.

I have furry friends, is that alright?Yes, of course it is! We will clean your home if you have pets, just let us know before the clean. If you will not be home, we do ask that your dog(s) be put away in a comfortable place, that is all 😊

I’m moving out and I want to get my security deposit back. Can you help!?Yes, we can! We have our own move-out cleaning checklist, but you can provide us with the checklist provided by your property management. Also, if your property manager is on site upon completion of the clean, we can do a walkthrough with them as well to ensure they are satisfied!
